We're looking for a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the Facades & Cladding Division at Guildmore! The successful candidate will be based in our head office in Bromley, with occasional visits to site.
You will have the opportunity to work as part of a highly skilled and motivated team on a variety of construction projects.
You will be responsible for producing valuations and payment applications, surveying projects and providing accurate pricing, identifying changes to works information and costing variations, and cost reporting.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in the construction industry.
It would be beneficial if you have experience in Facades and Cladding, though this is not essential.
