PCR are looking for an experienced assistant QS in Bromley on a tempfreelance basis. Applicants should have the following skills and experience:
Job Duties:
- Valuing variations
- Pricing Dayworks
- Working along site another QS
- Preparing Interim Valuations with Senior Surveyor and agreeing amounts for
- payment. This involves valuing work executed and materials on site
Responsibilities:
- BSc Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
- Complimentary relevant industry work experience
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- A methodical approach
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
