Role Overview:
As a Delivery Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in roles ranging from skilled labour to senior management positions. Your expertise in job boards and industry-specific recruitment platforms will be essential in identifying and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required skill sets and cultural fit for our clients.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment services.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Delivery Consultant, particularly within the construction sector.
- Job Board Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in utilising job boards and recruitment platforms to source and manage candidates.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry, including key roles, skills, and market trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive and driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
