Amazing opportunity for an graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious contractor, renown for working versatile projects. This is a great chance to join sub-contractor who work with tier one contractors offering training, development and long term progression.

This sub-contractor specialise in suspended ceilings, drywall and architectural metal work of projects, they have built a reputation for building high quality Commercial fit outs. Due to their seamless service they work with renowned tier one clients on high end prestigious commercial fit out projects. Due to continued growth they are looking to add a graduate Quantity Surveyor to their team.

Joining a well-established commercial department you will get full training on Quantity Surveying, you will be office based near Bromley visiting sites across London overseeing the cost control of projects valuing up to 20M.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual looking to work for a close knit sub-contractor where you can progress up to Senior, and work on bespoke once in a lifetime projects such as the google head office.
kickstart your Quantity Surveying career in an exciting role where you will be thrown into a hands on environment within a supportive time, have a thorough training programme and progress.

The role
- Graduate Quantity Surveyor
- Working on construction fit out projects (suspended ceilings, drywall and Architectural metal work)
- Liaising with Construction professionals
- Overseeing the cost control of projects, gaining hands on experience with more responsibility and progression as you learn the ropes

- Quantity Surveying qualification
- Analytical and critical thinker
