Quantity Surveyor - Healthcare Refurbishment Projects
Location: Bromley, Kent
Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 + Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time - 42 hours (Monday to Friday)

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise in refurbishment projects? We're recruiting for a key role supporting healthcare refurbishment works in Bromley and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on critical projects that ensure the modernization and improvement of healthcare facilities, such as hospitals, clinics, and health centers.



What We're Looking For

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Quantity Surveyor with:

  • 5+ years' experience in refurbishment projects, ideally within the refurbishment sector or similar.
  • Strong commercial management skills, including cost and value processes and supply chain engagement.
  • A qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word.
  • A full UK driving license - this role will involve travel to healthcare sites across Bromley and the surrounding region.


What You'll Be Doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pricing works using the contract's schedule of rates.
  • Managing early warnings, compensation events, and quotations.
  • Overseeing contracts and subcontractor payments.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare stakeholders and supply chain partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare facility standards and regulations.
  • Identifying and managing financial risks effectively.
