An established consultancy in Southeast London, specialising in public sector projects, is seeking a proactive and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients primarily within the public sector. You will work alongside a team of 20 Quantity Surveyors, contributing to the consultancy's expansion. .
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with pre and post contract administration
- Managing project costs and budgets
- Preparing tender documents and contract agreements
- Conducting cost analyses and reports
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Supporting junior team members in their development
The Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Preferably MRICS qualified
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within the built environment
- Experience within a private practice or consultancy
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
