Salary - £30,000, OTE £65,000 - £70,000 & Car Allowance

Hours - 5-day week, Monday - Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9:30-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Business generation, canvassing and carrying out valuations to increase instructions and market share.
  • Manage and develop your team.
  • Set KPI’s and targets for your team.
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on viewings and dealing with offers.
  • Negotiating offers with landlords and tenants.
  • All legal aspects.
