  • Fri, 9am-6pm

Role & Responsibilities:As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for their buyers, guiding them through their property journey. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and engaging with potential buyers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conducting property viewings and providing in-depth information on properties.
  • Negotiating sales agreements, working to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
  • Building relationships with mortgage advisors, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Working toward and achieving sales targets, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Who They're Looking For:They are seeking a driven individual with at least 12 months of residential sales experience and strong knowledge of the Bromley area, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A motivated, target-driven attitude.
