Property Manager (or Senior) - Bromley (Hybrid) - £40k - £50k + Bonus
We’re working with a well-established, independent, multi office managing agent who oversee good quality blocks and estates on behalf of Freeholders and RMC’s across London and the South East, with a particularly strong presence in Essex & Kent.
With a very impressive pipeline of new instructions going live imminently, they now seek a (Senior) Property Manager (to consolidate the team and work alongside the directors) as follows:
- Working full time office based (Bromley) to start, moving to hybrid working (1 day home) once settled and through probation.
- Highly experienced with a stable career history and successful track record of retaining key blocks and clients
- MTPI qualification (or RICS equivalent) ESSENTIAL
- Driver with vehicle essential - whilst some of the portfolio is accessible by public transport (SE London), the rest will be in/around North Kent requiring a vehicle.
- Overseeing a small, important portfolio initially (10 blocks) with a view to adding new blocks as they go live
- Acting as go-to advisor to a team of 2 property managers - dealing with escalated issues, technical matters, providing general advice as required etc.
- Involvement in new business (i.e. client liaison and handover)
- Knowledge of Building Safety Act essential (training can be provided to further a basic understanding)
In addition to a professional, vibrant and welcoming atmosphere the successful Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary up to £50k alongside benefits that will include a year-end bonus, early finishing on Fridays, a Christmas shut down (not taken from your leave entitlement), 20 days holiday (rising 1 day for every year of service) and a day off on your birthday.
