A prestigious client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work within their branch in Bromley
The ideal candidate will bring great experience in all aspects of property Management, with a particular flair for engaging with Landlords, Tenants and contractors. A solid understanding of the property industry. Duties will include:
- Collecting rental payments from tenants on behalf of the landlords
- Building new and developing current relationships with landlords
- Dealing with start to end of tenancy procedures
- Managing property repairs, insurance claims
- Resolving issues raised by landlords and tenants
- Understanding tenancy agreements, notices etc
- Registration of Tenants deposits and negotiation of deposit returns
- Client accounting
- Referencing potential Tenants
- Dealing with renewals

- UK driving licence
