Property Manager - Bromley

Basic Salary £27,000

Hours - Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm

A prestigious client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work within their branch in Bromley

The ideal candidate will bring great experience in all aspects of property Management, with a particular flair for engaging with Landlords, Tenants and contractors. A solid understanding of the property industry. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service is essential to uphold the amazing reputation of this well-regarded Estate Agency.In return, you'll be rewarded with a competitive salary and the chance to be part of a vibrant office culture. Duties will include:

  • Collecting rental payments from tenants on behalf of the landlords
  • Building new and developing current relationships with landlords
  • Dealing with start to end of tenancy procedures
  • Managing property repairs, insurance claims
  • Resolving issues raised by landlords and tenants
  • Understanding tenancy agreements, notices etc
  • Registration of Tenants deposits and negotiation of deposit returns
  • Client accounting
  • Referencing potential Tenants
  • Dealing with renewals

  • Professional approach to customer services
  • UK driving licence
