The Role:

A highly regarded legal 500 firm with a long-standing reputation in Bromley is seeking a skilled Private Client Associate Solicitor to join their expanding Private Client department. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including high-value estates and complex probate matters, offering legal advice across a broad spectrum of private client issues.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, and estate administration.

  • Handling probate and estate management, including more complex cases involving high-

    net-worth individuals.

  • Drafting powers of attorney and advising on Court of Protection matters.

  • Managing trust administration and advising trustees.

  • Collaborating with financial advisors and tax specialists to provide comprehensive advice to clients.

  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through excellent client care.




Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 3+ years PQE in private client law.

  • Extensive experience in estate planning, will drafting, and administration of estates.

  • Strong technical expertise in inheritance tax and trusts.

  • Excellent communication and client management skills.

  • The ability to work independently, managing your own caseload while also collaboratingwithin a larger team.
