A highly successful and fast-growing consultancy are currently looking for a Property Administrator to assist and coordinate with property management under the company portfolio. The Property Administrator role involves working within a fast paced and friendly property team. This role would suit a graduate looking to commence their career within the property sector.

Property Administrator responsibilities:

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers and clients via telephone and email
  • Assisting with the financial management of the developments
  • Liaising with contractors working on behalf of the company
  • Liaising with clients and dealing with any queries in a timely manner
  • Uploading and reviewing invoices for developments
  • Ad hoc general administrative duties

Property Administrator required skills/competency:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
