SPV Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an SPV Manager in the South West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient management and operation of critical assets, ensuring compliance, and contributing to value generation for investors.

  • Salary: £76,500 + Car allowance: £7,350 + up to 30% Bonus
  • On-site 3 days per week.
  • Office-based role with remote/home-based 2 days per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing financial and operational policies for asset management.
  • Support health and safety compliance across facilities management contract  sites.
  • Help prepare statutory reports and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor third-party service providers such as FM companies  for contract compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve shareholder returns and revenue streams.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial oversight.
  • Contribute to lifecycle planning, cost analysis, and procurement.
  • Manage relationships with clients, investors, and lenders.
  • Mitigate risks related to asset performance and compliance.
  • Support project insurance processes in line with financial objectives.

Requirements

  • PFI experience is essential.
  • SPV management experience required.
  • Healthcare experience is desired  but transferable sector experience will also be considered.
  • Technical expertise is desired but not essential
  • Candidates with significant senior Facilities Management  experience at senior level in healthcare PFI contracts at a commercial level will also be considered.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance is required.
