GNA Group is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our growing team in Greater London. After an incredibly successful year, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, motivated individual to join our high-performing trades and labour desk.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Construction Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a background in trades and labour recruitment or similar. The role is based at our office in Bromley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Conduct telephone and face-to-face sales with new and existing clients to promote GNA Group’s recruitment services.
  • 360 Desk Management: Manage a busy recruitment desk, handling both client acquisition and candidate placement across various sectors.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring repeat business and candidate loyalty.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements associated with recruitment and placement.
  • Software Utilisation: Effectively use our cutting-edge recruitment software to manage data and track progress.
  • Consultative Approach: Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in a construction recruitment role, ideally with a background in recruiting for blue collar trades and labour or strong skills from a similar sector.
  • Resilience & Ambition: Competitive, driven, and hungry to succeed in a results-oriented environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in temporary or permanent recruitment, particularly within construction, M&E, or related sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and quality of service.
  • Longevity of Employment: Proven track record of long-term tenure in previous roles, demonstrating stability, commitment, and the ability to grow within an organisation over time.
