We are expanding and looking for a driven Principal Recruitment Consultant due to the amount of growth we have had. The ideal candidate is someone that is looking to start growing a team around them and working towards being Managing Consultant.

Principal Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team of Recruitment Consultants providing mentorship.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed targets.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best candidate fit.
  • Manage and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Provide market insights and advice to clients to enhance their recruitment strategy.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Principal Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
