A leading supplier of Teaching Assistants for both SEN and mainstream schools throughout London & the South East are looking for a Recruitment Consultant for their desk covering schools in Noth London.
Working with schools to supply teaching assistants the desk has already been established and they're looking for someone who can now successfully grow the client base and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
The Recruitment Consultant they are looking for will be highly organised, efficient, able to multitask and be financially driven with proven experience in sales and working to targets and be someone who is confident in making the first contact with schools.
High level of communication skills both verbally and in writing, comfortable speaking in-person, over the telephone and via email with IT proficiency in Word and Excel.
