Recruitment Consultant

Leading supplier of Teaching Assistants for SEN and mainstream schools throughout London & the South East are expanding and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

The office has a great work culture and team environment and they're looking for someone who can manage the existing client base, develop new client relationships through business development and be someone who is confident in making the first contact with schools by telephone and email.

The Recruitment Consultant they are looking for will need previous agency recruitment or office based sales experience, be highly organised, able to multitask and financially driven with proven sales experience and working to targets. IT Literate competent in Word and Excel.

High level of communication skills both verbally and in writing, comfortable speaking in-person, over the telephone and via email as you will be liaising with teachers and schools.
