The Role
- Trainee recruitment consultant position/ recruitment consultant. This is a sales role you will be attracting candidates to jobs with your clients, you will access and screen candidates and manage the recruitment process for these companies. You will train in all parts of the role from advertising, headhunting, screening, process management, client management and also you will be doing sales work such as cold calling, lead generation and approaches to clients to pick up new business.
- There are several positions available in the company they will assess which desk is best suited for you.
- You will need to want to be a 360 consultant even if you start as a delivery consultant doing resourcing
- Full training on market given
- This position is in the office full time so that you can make use of the training available from 500k plus billers

The requirements
- You will be a graduate or have sales experience in B2B sales or have started your recruitment career
- You must enjoy building something and doing Business Development
- You will be analytical, intelligent, communicative, hard working and build a natural rapport with people
- You will live within a 30 minute commute of Bromley (by train or driving distance), the office is accessible to public transport
- This is an office based role with lots of training and on desk support so you must want to be in the office full time. They are a very fun successful team with a great environment.
