Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all parties involved.
Requirements:
Previous experience within an office environment
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must as lots of call making
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
