The role of the Technical Order Processor Windows & Doors will involve:

  • Technical Order Processor position dealing with a ranged of fabricated aluminium and timber fenestration systems such as windows, doors and curtain walling
  • Acting as a go-to person for technical advice and design troubleshooting
  • Process all relevant information that has been obtained during initial surveys
  • Ordering materials from suppliers incorporating stock control
  • Coordinating projects by scheduling and order processing
  • Creating full manufacturing details and developing CAD drawings
  • Liaise with office, factory & sales to ensure smooth running of the project
  • Ensure that the manufacturing process is completed to specification
  • Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
  • Working on projects varying in value from £100 up to £1m

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Order Processor Windows & Doors experience with:

Must have ReynaPro or LogiKal experience

Sound technical knowledge of the fenestration market sector, ideally will have been a fabricator previously

Would also consider order processors, schedulers, factory manager, production manager, project coordinators and project managers

Familiar with Reynaers Aluminium & Cortizo Systems

Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels

Must be a proactive, open-minded and a motivated individual
