Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School in Bromley

Rate: £100+ per day (dependent on experience)

We are a renowned education agency representing a leading secondary school in Bromley, London, and we are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Implement and uphold the school's behaviour management policies.
- Work closely with students to understand and address challenging behaviours.
- Provide one-to-one and small group mentorship to encourage positive social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to develop tailored behaviour improvement plans.
- Contribute to the creation of strategies to enhance the overall school environment.
- Maintain accurate records of behaviour incidents and interventions using the school MIS.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and engage them in the learning process.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing challenging behaviour.
- Familiarity with the UK educational system is advantageous.
