Reed Education is actively seeking a motivated and skilled Maths Teacher to join our supply teaching team, providing day-to-day cover in secondary schools across Bromley. This role is perfect for those who have a passion for mathematics and are looking for flexible teaching opportunities.
Day to Day of the Role:- Delivering pre-planned maths lessons to secondary school students in Bromley.
- Adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of different classes and student groups.
- Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a constructive learning environment.
- Providing feedback on student progress to permanent staff members.
- Upholding high standards of teaching and professional behaviour.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check or have a current DBS check through the update service.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of UK classroom experience, preferably in teaching maths.
- A strong passion for maths and education, with a desire to inspire and educate young minds.
- Excellent classroom management skills and adaptability.
- Expedited clearance process, with the aim to clear candidates within 14 days.
- Access to a wide network of schools in London and Bromley, offering numerous teaching opportunities.
- Reimbursement of DBS check costs after 20 days of work if processed through Reed.
