Your Role and Responsibilities:
? Deliver dynamic and inclusive physical education lessons that cater to diverse student needs.
? Showcase your passion for physical fitness and inspire students to lead active and healthy lifestyles.
? Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment, emphasising teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development.
? Collaborate with colleagues to organise sports events, extracurricular activities, and school-wide initiatives.
? Monitor and assess student's progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
Qualifications and Experience ??:
?? Hold a degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
?? Possess relevant teaching qualifications : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivilent.
?? Previous experience teaching physical education in a secondary school setting is highly desirable.
?? In-depth knowledge of the national curriculum, assessment strategies, and teaching methodologies.
?? Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
