Secondary English & Maths Tutor - Bromley South East LondonWe are looking for an English & Maths tutor to work 1:1 with Secondary students to help further their education as they approach the end of their school lives, based in Bromley.

* Position - Secondary English and Maths Tutor* Location - Bromley * Job Type - Part Time (15 hours a week)* Salary - £30 - £35per hour

Roles and Responsibilities:* Conduct 1:1 tutoring sessions in English and Maths for secondary school students.* Assess student's strengths and weaknesses and develop customised lesson plans.* Provide guidance and support in homework assignments, test preparation, and study skills.* Create a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters student engagement and enthusiasm.* Monitor and track student's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.* Stay current with the secondary school curriculum and teaching methods to ensure effective instruction.* Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:* Teaching certification or relevant tutoring experience preferred but not essential* Strong knowledge of the secondary school English and Maths curriculum.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
