A specialist SEMH school in Bromley s looking for a Teaching Assistant to support students both in the classroom and within our mechanics department, where learners engage in practical motorbike and mechanical work.
The Role:-
Support students with SEMH and SEN in their academic and vocational learning

Assist in the mechanics workshop, working on motorbikes and vehicle maintenance

Encourage engagement, build confidence, and promote hands-on learning

Work closely with teachers and workshop leaders to provide tailored support

Help manage behavior positively and foster a supportive environment
? Have experience working with young people with SEMH and SEN? Possess some knowledge or hands-on experience in mechanics, motorbikes, or vehicle maintenance?
