Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work full-time at our Bromley campus. The role involves supporting Level 2 and Level 3 Media students, with a focus on Maths and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual or group support to Media, Maths, and English students.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
- Support students with additional learning needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Aid students with exam preparation and revision activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and staff to enhance the learning experience.
