Learning Support Assistant (Daily Supply)
Bromley (BR1)

Our fantastic partner schools are seeking a dedicated and skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team on a supply basis. The successful candidates will provide essential support to students, facilitating their academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to various learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in preparing and delivering educational materials.
  • Provide one-on-one or group support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress. -
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students in developing social and life skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to monitor and support student development.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Patience and empathy.
    Ability to adapt to various learning styles and needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare is a plus.
