Role Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students. You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored assistance to individuals or small groups, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Help create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students in developing social and emotional skills.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and reporting as required.
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals to support students’ needs.
