Swanstaff Ltd are currently seeking support workers to join one of our clientsbased in Bromley they area specialist further education college in Bromley, dedicated to supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our students thrive in an inclusive, supportive environment where they can achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to students with SEND, both in the classroom and throughout their daily activities.
  • Assist in the delivery of tailored support plans to meet individual student needs.
  • Help students to develop life skills, including communication, independence, and social skills.
  • Support students with personal care tasks where necessary.
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to implement learning activities and ensure that students are fully engaged and supported.
  • Encourage student participation in college activities and extracurricular programs.
