- Assist with all aspects of housing management for tenants and the scheme
- Develop and maintain a varied activities programme to promote tenant engagement
- Provide a warm welcome and settling-in service for new tenants
- Carry out health and safety and fire checks to ensure compliance
- Work with our resident involvement team to support tenant aspirations
- Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to key performance targets
- Report safeguarding concerns and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with tenants and colleagues
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and other ICT systems confidently
- Experience of managing workloads and working under pressure
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving

- 25 hours per week: Tuesday to Friday 1pm to 6pm, and Saturdays 8am to 1pm
- 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract
- £17,220 pro rata (£25,487 FTE) per year, plus benefits
