We are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Officer to join a small but growing HA, this role has focus on tenancy sustainment and combating homelessness.

You will be responsible for supporting residents with managing and sustaining their tenancy's by providing a service which is robust, assessing the needs of the clients and support them to become more independent.

Your main duties will be to help in maintaining the safety and security of the accommodation, advice and support in relation to repairs and improvements to the accommodation whilst ensure support plans are kept up to date and resident assisted to achieve goals. You will also work closely and co-operate with external agencies and experts to ensure that the wider needs of residents are met.
