Neurodivergent Support Assistant | Bromley | Job Summary

  • £500 - £550 per week PAYE
  • Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
  • Support smiling students intellectually and pastorally, cementing yourself as a key figure in their educational journey!
  • Encourage students to raise and surpass their own self-expectations!
  • Liaise closely with senior leadership to advance your pedagogical skillset!
  • Role starting immediately until July 2025 - with opportunities to continue beyond!
 

Our ideal Neurodivergent Support Assistant candidate will have:

  • First-Class Degree in a related subject from a UK University
  • Prior experience working with neurodivergent people in an educational capacity!
  • Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices!
  • Patience and empathy for people who may not respond to mainstream teaching methods!
  • Extracurricular hobbies like sports, art, or music that can be used to connect with students and integrate into school life! (desired, not essential!)
