Bromley Children's Social Care has recently been awarded an Ofsted rating of "outstanding".

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of social workers in either the Referral & Assessment or Safeguarding and Care Planning Teams
  • Ensure high-quality and effective social work practice to safeguard children and young people
  • Provide reflective supervision and professional support to team members
  • Manage caseloads to ensure timely and effective interventions
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to support children and families
  • Monitor and review case progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of team members
  • Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives

About You: To be successfully appointed to this post, we require the following:
