Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: London Borough of Bromley
Age Group: 5-11 years
Hours : 8:30am to 3:30pm
Salary:£85 to £95 Per day PAYE
The Role:
- Support children with autism in small groups or 1:1
- Assist teachers in lesson delivery and behavior management
- Use visual aids and communication methods to enhance engagement
- Observe and track student progress, working closely with teachers and families
Requirements:
- Experience with autism/SEN students preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to inclusive education
- Level 2/3 TA qualification or relevant experience beneficial
