We are currently recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for An Ofsted rated 'good' school in South London Bromley who are looking for a dedicated individual to join their welcoming and supportive education and training team as an SEN Teaching Assistant ASAP. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be required to work with children 1:1 and in small groups to support all aspects of their development alongside other members of staff.

Key skills the ideal candidate will have:

  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Establish active listening abilities and strong verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with empathy and understanding.
  • To be able to create positive relationships with students and teachers.
