Academics is currently working with a fantastic primary school in the Bromley area that is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. The school is committed to creating a positive, nurturing environment where children feel happy, confident, and ready to achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with a range of educational needs across all primary key stages, and will provide tailored support both 1:1 and in small groups, working closely with the classroom teacher.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance (or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting
  • An empathetic, caring approach to children's learning and development
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (we can assist you with this if needed)
