Position: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated support to students with Autism, ASD, and Complex Needs across both primary and secondary levels.

Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.

Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Support students in developing social skills and independence.



Requirements:

Relevant qualifications or significant experience working with children with Autism, ASD, and Complex Needs.

Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the classroom.

Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
