Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive, mainstream school in Bromley, working with children from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Upper Key Stage 1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored 1:1 support for children with Autism, ADHD, and Down Syndrome (verbal and non-verbal).
  • Support the child's learning, emotional, and social development.
  • Collaborate with class teachers and the SEN team to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, promoting engagement and confidence.
Requirements:
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Early Years equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with SEND in a school setting.
  • A patient, caring, and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills.
