We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA SEN to join our supportive team at a secondary school in Bromley. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with autism and Down syndrome, and must hold HLTA qualifications.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN during lessons.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Write detailed reports to share with parents, SENCO, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best educational outcomes for students.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must hold HLTA qualifications.
  • Proven experience working with SEN students in a secondary school setting in the UK.
  • Ability to work effectively on a one-to-one basis with students.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
