Job Title: Hire Controller
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer orders and inquiries professionally via phone and email.
- Accurately input order and collection details into the system.
- Collaborate with the service and transport teams to ensure plant availability meets customer demand.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and act as a helpful point of contact for depot-related queries.
- Negotiate costs with suppliers to secure the best terms.
- A strong team player with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using IT systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills and the ability to adapt to different situations.

- Previous experience in the hire industry is essential.
