As a Senior/Master Technician (Mechanic) with our client, you'll be welcomed into a collaborative team and have the chance to work with a prestigious brand.
What you will be doing:
- Carrying out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to the highest standards.
- Communicating effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
- Occasionally speaking with customers to provide your expert technical opinion.
- Keeping up-to-date with thorough and current product knowledge.
- Delivering exceptional customer service that promotes loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and organizing your work efficiently.
What our client is looking for:
If you meet the following criteria, we encourage you to apply:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
- Previous motor industry experience is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
