Main Contractor - Social Housing refurbishment and roofing

My client is a Kent based, successful, expanding Main Contractor who specialise in responsive repairs and maintenance, construction androofing contracts.

They have been proudly established for almost 60 years and employ over 40 staff from their regional Head Office in Bromley.

Projects undertaken are often in the education, residential, landscape, sectors - but predominantly in Social Housing market where they have a healthy pipeline of work with Housing Associations and Local Authority clientsthroughout theHome Counties and M25 region.

The Company fully invest in their staff and undertakes extensive training for its workforce. They place great emphasis on quality both in their work and in their workplace culture - which is a friendly team spirited environment.

Due to an increase in work, my client is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Administrator/ Scheduler who ideallywillhave experience of Social Housing maintenance contracts and roofing works.

Working in a team of four and reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling and planning maintenance repairs works and dealing with administration on larger scale projects. Previous knowledge of construction and/orLocal Authority and Housing Association systems of logging work and contractor processes will be very beneficial to this role.

You will have excellent organisational, administration, and planning skills as will be liasing between maintenance repairs staff alongsidedealing with all enquires regarding booking in and logging works.

You will ideally have a stable career history in a similar role for a contractor - and be based within an easy commute of Bromley.

This is a 5 day a week, fully office based role (no hybrid working option).
