We are seeking a Temporary Agency Lecturer in Engineering to join our team at the Bromley Campus. This role is ideal for candidates who have a specialism in CAD, materials electronics, and machine workshop, specifically at BTEC Level 2.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and informative lectures and workshops in Engineering with a focus on CAD, materials electronics, and machine workshop.
- Prepare lesson plans and materials, ensuring alignment with BTEC Level 2 curriculum requirements.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum and teaching resources.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student learning and development.
- Proven experience as a Lecturer in Engineering or a related field.
- Specialised knowledge and practical experience in CAD, materials electronics, and machine workshop.
- Familiarity with BTEC Level 2 curriculum and assessment methods.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest industry and educational trends.
