Are you an experienced Senior Accounts Assistant looking for a dynamic role in a modern, fast-paced environment? We're seeking a proactive individual to provide high-level accounts administration support to our client's finance function while managing key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

This role is permanent, offering abiilty to work in offices on a hybrid (3 days in office) basis, offering up to £35,000 dependant on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level accounts administrative support to the finance team.
  • Manage credit control processes, ensuring timely payments.
  • Check, verify, and approve sales invoices and credit notes.
  • Perform sales ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage legal proceedings related to outstanding accounts when necessary.
  • Process monthly staff expenses and manage petty cash.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a similar accounts administrator, accounts assistant, or finance assistant position.
  • Hold or working towards AAT
  • Strong knowledge of Xero and other accountancy software.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong team player who can also work independently.
