Junior Buyer Marketing, Purchasing and Product Development

£28,000 to £32,000 Per Annum
Once Probation is completed, 1 day remote working is available.
40 hoursper week, Monday to Friday. Flexible start times between 8am to 9am.
Requirements:
- Overseeing product development for a portfolio.
- Managing critical path and delivery schedule for all new product within designated portfolio
- Liaising with suppliers, primarily in the Far East via email
- Working with licensed brands and adhering to strict design guidelines and approval procedures
- Developing product and collections from briefs with buyers from the major chains
- Identifying and interpreting trends
- Responsible for new relevant product administration associated with brand portfolio
- Negotiating and monitoring cost prices
- Sourcing and developing new suppliers
- Attending major exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company
Experience and Essential Requirements:
- Degree Educated, minimum of 2:1.
- Mathematics Savvy
- MS Office competent
- Analytical Skills and Creative
- Experience within a purchasing or buying role
