Our client, a reputable family-run wealth management firm based in Cofton Hackett, is seeking a motivated IFA Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with IFA administration experience who is looking to grow in a regulated environment, with structured support toward becoming a chartered planner.

About the Role

As the IFA Administrator, you will work closely with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), paraplanners, and other administrators to deliver a high level of client service. You’ll support the onboarding process, coordinate client meetings, and ensure compliance throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting IFAs and paraplanners with the full client onboarding process.
  • Managing day-to-day communications with clients and providers.
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings, including quotes, valuations, and literature.
  • Submitting and following up on applications to ensure case completion.
  • Maintaining data accuracy in back-office systems for compliance and MI reporting.
  • Handling fund switches, withdrawals, and supporting report writing.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IFA administration role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • CII Financial Services Exam pass desired.
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, and proficiency with various software systems.
