Salary Range: £22,000 - £25,000Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator to joina leading financial services firm that has been providing exceptional services to clients for over a decade. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to financial advisers , ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:

  • Processing and managing client transactions, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with clients and third-party providers to ensure that all client needs are met.
  • Managing client portfolios, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assisting the financial services team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensuring that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Significant experience in a financial services administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
