The company:A dynamic European company based in Bromsgrove
Main duties:An exciting opportunity to join an international business where you will oversee the day-to-day running of the UK office focusing on the accounts and finance department.
The role:- Be responsible for the bookkeeping and purchase ledger- Process invoices as well as liaising with creditors and suppliers- Assist with financial reports including cash flow and P&L- Be involved in fee estimates and budgets relating to projects- Assist with financial reports and month-end balance sheets- Ensure invoices are prepared correctly and processed for payment on time- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations- Resolve any financial discrepancies
The candidate:- Previous experience in an Accounting role - Essential- Relevant qualifications (UK or Germany) required- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential - Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure- Ability to multi-task and adapt to situations- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- IT literateThe salary: £35,000 to £43,000 per annumSalary will vary depending experience and level of responsibilities sought - please do state your expectations
