Hours of Work: 08.15am till 5.15pm with flexibility to do an afternoon shift when required.

We are working with a global company who have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR Team.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their friendly and hard-working HR team. Working across our two sites in Bromsgrove and Worcester and reporting to the HR Manager. To provide HR support and guidance to specific business units, ensuring alignment with the organisation's HR strategy and adherence to UK employment law. Participating in, and supporting managers with, full case management on ER cases, e.g. underperformance, dismissals. Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy and supporting employees back to work. Supporting their outsourced monthly payroll. Delivering training to line managers to ensure they understand and comply with HR policies and Procedures.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above with demonstrable years of experience in a HR Business Partner role. Strong understanding of HR best practices and UK employment law. Act as point of contact for employees and managers within their assigned business units. Be proactive and efficient, you will be comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising your workload effectively. Can build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders. Coordinates training and development programs and oversee the monthly payroll process including data entry, verification, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and deductions.
