Integration Executive

The role is a core function within the Integration Team processing tasks such as assisting the integration of new and previously acquired businesses across the group to ensure all company acquisition projects are integrated smoothly into the AFH Group.

As our Integration Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Analysing and understanding business requirements to create and implement an integration plan for each acquisition
  • Liaising with Vendors (both via email and telephone/teams calls) to ensure they are kept up to date with integration plans
  • Analysing, interpreting and cleansing data sets from various sources
  • Providing support to Senior Managers and the wider business for all acquisition Integration Projects to ensure all projects are efficiently integrated into the business including:
      • Creation of an integration proposal document
      • Identifying any key areas that do not align with the businesses Target Operating Model and working with key stakeholders to develop potential solutions
      • Oversight of Operational matters across the wider business to ensure all areas have been completed
      • Assist with providing visible oversight to the wider business for all acquisitions
  • Supporting the delivery of requirements gathering, integration, implementation and training as required
  • Building procedure documentation to support the team and wider business
  • Be the point of contact for other team members for technical knowledge
  • To define, implement and review the required training, standards, processes and other attributes to ensure the highest professional standards are maintained and projects are implemented on time
  • Taking a flexible approach to work, actively engaging in ad hoc responsibilities to support the wider delivery of each integrating acquisition
  • Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the organisation

What we are looking for in our idealIntegration Executive:

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience of working within a projects, acquisitions or financial services environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance
  • Proven ability to identify potential issues/anomalies and develop potential solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and a good relationship builder, who is able to support and challenge in a constructive and effective manner
  • A self-starter who is able to use their own initiative
  • Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically
  • Great organisational, project, and time management skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
